Registration Information
The following is our registration package. It includes a registration form and permission forms for media and non-prescription medication. It also includes questions for parents and questions for students registering in grades 4-9. If you are indigenous descent, there is a self-declaration form to fill out as part of the package.
Please print these forms, fill them out and return them to Heritage Christian School or scan and e-mail to heritage@lskysd.ca. You can also fill them out online through PDF software. Fill out the form, resave with your answers, and e-mail to heritage@lskysd.ca.
Once the forms have been received, an interview time will be scheduled for you to meet with the Board and Principal.
It is best to read the Handbook and Constitution prior to filing out the registration package.
